For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Assessing the current game balance and working on its improvement.

• Calculating game balance for new features and events.

• Conducting product research on player behavior and analyzing feature performance.

• Identifying growth opportunities for the project using analytical tools.

• Designing and calculating A/B tests.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience in the gaming industry as a Game Analyst or Game Balancer.

• Participation in feature development and a solid understanding of game economy in F2P games.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Google Spreadsheets.

• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Microsoft Power BI).

• Proven experience in building mathematical models.

• Python proficiency (basic or higher).

• Well-developed product thinking.

• English proficiency at Intermediate +.
