Unreal Engine Architect

We are looking for Unreal Engine Architect! Now the entire development team is in New Zealand and we are looking for a person who, despite the distance, will be able to build the code architecture on the project, train and unite the team.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Guide team of developers on architecting solutions for the game;

• Teach, provide feedback and perform code reviews;

• Develop high-performance software for mobile devices on Unreal Engine 4;

• Make sure everyone is following the game development and Unreal best practices and conventions;

• Generate performant, efficient, reliable code;

• Analyze code performance and architect optimizations;

• Build strong collaborative working relationships with all members of the team!

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine 4 and C ++;

• Strong knowledge of the best practices used in game development with Unreal Engine 4;

• Ability to work closely with a team of peers and strong communication skills;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Advanced english (C1);

• Ability to work with people, leadership qualities

In New Zealand + 9 hours from Moscow. Please keep this in mind when you calling. We do not force you to work on New Zealand time, but there have to be a minimum of 4 hours of crossing.
